Description by the Publisher

Come and play the national game of India for 2 or 4 players! Your goal is to move your pieces down the center column of one arm of the board, then counterclockwise around the outer perimeter, then back to the arm and finally arrive at the center square. When the game is played by 2 players, each of the players will control two opposite arms of the board. When the game is played by 4, each player will occupy one arm of the board, and two players sitting opposite to each other will become teammates. When a player or a team can move all pieces back to the center square first, the game is won.

When the game starts, the pieces of each player will be placed on the center square. Then the players will take turns to throw a set of 6 cowrie shells. During your turn, click the button on the right of the screen, and the shells will be thrown. After a throw, the number of face-up shells will indicate the number of moves that the player can make: 2-5 face-up shells = 2-5 squares; 6 face-up shells = a grace move of 6 squares; 1 face-up shell = a grace move of 10 squares; and no face-up shell = a grace move of 25 squares. If a grace move is thrown, you will be allowed to throw once more. The first piece of each player can enter the arm with any number of moves, but the remaining pieces will require grace moves to enter the board. Note that you must finish your moves within the given time limit, as indicated by the timer on the screen, or you will lose. Multiple pieces of the same team can stay on the same square on the board. When your piece lands on a square currently occupied by an opponent piece, the opponent piece will be captured and it must return to the center square and start from the beginning again. In this case, you will be granted an extra throw. But if the opponent pieces stay on the red castle squares, those pieces cannot be captured and your pieces cannot move to those castle squares. When your piece has finished its journey and is moving back to the center squa
